FOCUS started as a NEET SS study app for surgical residents with ADHD. It grew into a complete platform โ tools, calculators, and study resources. , forever.
Medical education tools are expensive, bloated, or require accounts. We believe every medical student โ whether in India, the UK, the US, or anywhere else โ deserves free, fast, private tools that just work.
FOCUS is built on a simple principle: your files stay on your device, your data stays private, and nothing costs money.
Compress, merge, split, rotate, watermark, password-protect โ 9 tools
Compress, resize, convert, scanner, shadows, deskew โ 6 tools
Files processed in your browser. Never uploaded to our servers.
Op notes, consent forms, APACHE II, Child-Pugh, BMI calculators
MCQ practice, AI analysis, streak tracking across 8 specialties
Send files between phone and PC. No cable. No cloud.
Every tool on FOCUS processes files entirely in your browser using JavaScript. This means:
The only exception is the QR Workspace, where files are temporarily uploaded to a third-party service (Gofile or Litterbox) to enable phone-to-PC transfer โ this is clearly noted on that page.
FOCUS was built by a general surgery resident who was frustrated with how bad surgical study apps were โ bloated interfaces, expensive subscriptions, and nothing built for the way surgeons actually think.
We built what we wished existed: a platform that respects your time, your privacy, and your wallet. Starting from India, but designed for every surgical student in the world.
We run India's most active general surgery residents community on Telegram โ 1,200+ members sharing books, notes, PYQs, case discussions and job opportunities.
