2. Accuracy

- Figures are indicative market signals, not guarantees, offers, or advice.
- Do not rely solely on salary information for career, negotiation, or financial decisions.
3. Submitting salary data
- Submit only your own, truthful compensation details.
- Submissions are displayed only in anonymous, aggregated form.
- Fraudulent submissions may lead to account action.
